A: I started on 30th April 2004
Q: What was your first kite?
A: My first kite was “Didakites , model “Laguna” 2,50mts.
Q: Tell us more about your progress in time. (how you managed to become a skilled flyer)
A: It was really difficult when I started flying. I didn't know anyone with good flying skills so I collected a lot of information on the internet. Later I crossed myself with some good pilots and we shared some information. But almost that what I do in the moment was the result of a lot of investigation and hours of flying spent at the beach!
Q: Favorite wind conditions?
A: I love to fly in a windrange from 5km/h up to 15km/h
Q: Favorite flying spot?
A: My favorite Spot is called “Areia Branca” Beach.
Q: Favorite kite at the moment?
A: I love the L´Atelier Transfer Xt.Z for tricks and L'Atelier Masque Comp. for ballet
Q: Favorite trick(s)?
A: All tricks derivating from yo-yo.
Q: Best flying experience?
A: It's difficult to find just one moment to define. But every new trick achieved is always a great moment.
Q: Best competition experience?
A: I've been practicing the sport for less than 3 years. So far I participated in one national contest. It happened in my first year of practice. I have finished 3rd in the "ballet" contest and 6th in the overall. At the present moment it doesn't exist any kind of organized competition in Portugal. But in the future if this changes I will be glad to compete.
